We add up the minutes of audio or video content created across all the gardens you own (the ones you created yourself, not ones you were invited to). The same applies to the amount of data uploaded to your gardens (File uploads are limited to 4 GB in Nano plan and 15 GB in Pro plan).
Suppose you created 2 gardens and are invited to 3 others, then you only pay for recordings and contributions made by your team in those 2 gardens.
What happens when I reach the monthly limit?
You and your team members will not be able to add new recordings until the end of the month.
Note: You can still add web links and text notes even if your plan reaches its limit.
