There are several ways to invite users to collaborate in TIMZ.FLOWERS. Depending on what you are planning to do, you can give people access on the Garden Level or the Meeting Level.
Garden level access gives people editor rights over all content in the garden. If you're going to have meetings and collaborate with the close teammates, invite them as Graden Members.
Meeting level access means people have only a Contributor or Viewer role in a specific meeting. This way, only meetings they're participating in are visible to them. Whenever you plan to interact with multiple clients in the same garden, you should give them the Contributor or Viewer access.
